Abstracts

Abstract Guidelines

Abstract for poster presentations are still acccepted.

Abstracts for oral presentations are not accepted anymore, as the conference programma has been set.

 

•  The conference language will be English.
By submitting an abstract, the authors agree upon acceptation to prepare a manuscript for publication in the proceedings of the 9th ICCG to be delivered at the conference [non proof-reading by a referee].
Abstracts may be used on ICCG9 website.
A full registration is required for at least the presenting author. The registration form can be found here.
Please notify the conference office immediately of any change in the presenting author or a cancellation.
A confirmation of receipt will be sent to the corresponding author by e-mail. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact the conference office.
Upon review of the abstracts, a notification of acceptance will be communicated to each author together with an invitation to register to the 9th ICCG.
Deadline for electronic submission of a full paper or extended abstract for the book of proceedings is Feb. 24th, 2012
All oral presentations will be using a beamer. Instructions for presenting your paper will follow in due time.

Abstracts should be objective & technical and should be based on data not previously published. The text must be no longer than 400 words and go without equations, figures and references.
Abstract should be submitted as MS Word file.

Proceedings & Special Edition of Thin Solid Films

A book of proceedings with the papers of all oral and poster contributions - both scientific and technical - will be available to each delegate at the conference. The authors whose abstracts for oral as well as poster presentation have been accepted will be requested to submit electronically a full paper or an extended abstract which will then be published as received without further proof-reading by referees.

All authors will get the opportunity to submit their paper for a special edition of Thin Solid Films. All articles will be peer reviewed.
